Trial Terms
How 247ChatMate free trials, setup packs and test access work.
Trial purpose
The trial is intended to let you test whether 247ChatMate is suitable for your website, business type, lead flow and WhatsApp follow-up process. It should be used for genuine evaluation, setup and testing.
Trial length
Where the website says “28 days free”, the intended free trial period is 28 days unless a different period is shown in writing for your account, beta, agency route or specific offer.
No credit card trial
Where the website states “No credit card required”, you can request the setup pack or test access without entering payment details. A paid subscription will not begin unless you separately choose a paid plan or payment route.
Trial features
Trial features may be limited or different from future paid features. During beta or early launch, features, wording, dashboards, reports, setup packs, agency tools and download routes may change.
Fair use
Trial access must be used fairly. We may restrict, pause or end trial access if we believe it is being abused, repeatedly requested to bypass payment, used for spam, copied, redistributed, attacked, resold or used outside the intended evaluation purpose.
Setup pack downloads
The Free Trial Setup Pack and Agency Setup Pack may include public trial downloads, setup PDFs, checklists, guide links and feedback resources. These support testing and onboarding, not unrestricted ownership of the product.
End of trial
At the end of a trial, access may stop, continue in a limited mode, require a paid plan, require a licence, or be extended at our discretion. We may contact you about next steps, support or feedback where permitted.
No guaranteed outcome
The trial helps you test the system, but we do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, WhatsApp chats, conversion rate or revenue. Results depend on your website traffic, offer, industry, location, response speed, setup quality and customer demand.
