Licence and Acceptable Use
Licence, fair-use and acceptable-use rules for 247ChatMate.
Licence basis
247ChatMate is licensed, not sold. A trial, beta, agency setup pack, download link or paid subscription gives you permission to use the product within the limits of the relevant plan, licence, trial or written agreement.
Public downloads and updater packages
Public trial downloads are for approved testing and onboarding. They must remain separate from private remote updater packages, internal feeds, registry endpoints, licence systems and test infrastructure. You must not publish, mirror or redistribute private updater packages or internal endpoints.
What you may do
Subject to your plan and these rules, you may install and use 247ChatMate on authorised websites or client sites, configure visitor buttons, use setup guides, receive lead emails and use the dashboard/reporting features available to you.

You must not misuse the product or related assets.
- Use the product for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading or harmful activity.
- Use it to send spam, nuisance messages, deceptive messages or unauthorised marketing.
- Remove, bypass, attack or interfere with licence, trial, updater, registry or security systems.

WhatsApp use

Suspension or termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access if we believe the product is being misused, abused, copied, redistributed, used without a valid licence, used unlawfully, or used in a way that risks harm to customers, 247ChatMate, third-party services or the wider platform.
