Include your website domain, pack type and a clear description of the issue so we can respond faster.
What to include
To help us respond faster, include the relevant details.
- Your name and business name.
- Your email address and phone number if relevant.
- Your website domain.
- Whether you are a business owner, agency, freelancer or beta tester.
- Your pack type: Free Trial Setup Pack or Agency Setup Pack.
- Your selected vertical or business type.
- Screenshots, error messages or steps to reproduce the issue if reporting a bug.
Trial and setup support
For trial setup questions, include the download page used, plugin version if known, your WordPress setup, theme/builder if relevant and what step you are stuck on.
Agency access requests
Agencies requesting access should include their agency website, contact email, type of clients served, approximate number of client websites, and whether they are testing on their own site first.
Legal, privacy or data requests
For privacy, data, legal or compliance questions, clearly state the page, account, email address or client relationship involved. If the request relates to an agency-managed client, we may need to involve the agency.
Response times
During beta and early launch, support is best-effort. We aim to prioritise blocking setup issues, download issues, lead-routing problems, serious bugs and agency/client access issues.
