Beta and testing

Beta Disclaimer

What to expect if you use 247ChatMate during beta, early access or controlled testing.

247ChatMateLast updated: 12 June 2026Plain-English draft

Beta status

Beta and early-access versions of 247ChatMate may be incomplete, experimental, changing or still being tested. Some features may not work perfectly in every WordPress environment, theme, hosting setup, language, browser or device.

Feedback and issue reporting

Beta users may be asked to report bugs, formatting issues, setup problems, unclear wording, email delivery issues or unexpected behaviour. Screenshots, browser details, website details and steps to reproduce a problem may be needed.

Changes during beta

We may add, remove, rename, redesign or change beta features, setup packs, documentation, dashboards, email templates, agency workflows, licence flows, trial flows, download paths and public website pages.

Support level

Beta support is best-effort. We aim to help with reasonable setup and product issues, but response times, fixes and workarounds are not guaranteed. Some issues may be parked until a later development phase.

Data and backups

You should keep your own backups of your WordPress website, plugin files, setup data, client data, PDFs, emails and important records. Do not rely on beta systems as your only copy of business-critical information.

Production use

If you use a beta version on a live business website, you accept that some features may change or fail. Test carefully and make sure your normal contact routes, phone number, email address and website remain available.

Ending beta access

We may end, pause, extend, convert or replace beta access at any time, especially if a beta route is no longer suitable, is being abused, or is replaced by a stable public release.
